Agile Project Managers

The Project Managers at Agile each have a minimum of seven years PM project management experience, are from technical backgrounds, have supporting qualifications and all are from the IT & T industry. They each have previous experience of managing multiple small projects through to large complex projects with budgets to match.

Agile Project Managers prefer to prime projects and therefore take full accountability, but can also subcontract to deliver a stream within of a larger programme of work if required. 

Agile Business Analysts

Agile Business Analysts offer business consultancy primarily focussed on contact centres with an objective of improving business optimisation through improved efficiencies, up-skilling, measurements and reporting. This is achieved through:

  • Communication Flow analysis, design, configuration, testing and implementation.
  • Application specialist consultancy and training.
  • Consultancy on functionality and usability of current technologies.
  • Requirements gathering for new initiatives.

Agile Business Analysts follow a professional development roadmap which includes training that is endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis [IIBA]. 

Agile Trainers

Agile provide training for the applications delivered as part of an overall solution. Training is provided either on-site via the project team or through a series of learning centre courses dependent upon customer needs.
Agile trainers provide services at various levels; technical, administrative, train the trainer or directly to the end-user. Agile trainers are often product champions and use the applications sets on a daily basis, providing real world knowledge and enabling our customers, in turn, to get the best use of the technology in which they have invested. 

Agile Technology Architects

Agile’s certified expert architects take a business outcome focus as the primary concern in their design approach. The architects produce a physical and logical infrastructure design that allows the application set to be flexible, scalable and accessible for end-users whilst retaining industry leading reliability.

Agile architects leverage experiences garnered over many years of deploying technology in real world environments. This approach extends the theoretical best practice as outlined by many manufacturers, and produces an application set that continues to work, even when serious issues are impacting the technical environment. 

Agile Systems Engineers

Agile Systems Engineers build and integrate application sets using a process-driven approach, whereby their actions are carefully scheduled in a preordained order. In this way, the delivery is layered with each action building on the previous.

Each layer of technology is carefully tested, remedial actions taken if necessary, then change control applied. Working initially from a hardware level, through to application installation, licencing, configuration, then eventually moving from the server room towards the end-user, produces a high-quality outcome where established standards are set and maintained.

Along the way, all design considerations that have been taken are specifically tested. This includes any specifications that have been passed to third parties for delivery. For example, the Agile IP Index service validates that voice quality of the required standard will be delivered from day one, even when networks are flooded with traffic. Many other real world scenarios are introduced to ensure the application set continues to operate even when networks are degraded, or outages occur. 

Agile Software Developers

Agile Developers produce conduits that make integration between applications possible. This includes but also extends beyond using standard application API’s.

This approach enables Agile to offer solutions that integrate even legacy applications, joining them to the Agile application sets, extending their operational effectiveness through being voice and / or multi-media-enabled. This has allowed many customers to extend the investment in legacy applications well beyond what was initially envisaged.
