How it Works
The NOC is comprised of some 20 people including administrative staff and engineers certified in various disciplines and products such as Avaya, NICE, Cisco, Microsoft and Tandberg.
All Agile engineering staff attain and maintain ITIL certification, giving Agile a clear understanding of recognised IT best practice at all levels. Customers can choose the ITIL support model that suits from Agile’s suite of offers.
Agile can assist in the design of a service strategy that uniquely suits your business, enabling the business owner to continually monitor and adjust the service delivery aspects to meet the changing needs of the business.
Agile believes in operational transparency, empowering our employees and customers alike through sharing of toolsets and knowledge.
