How it Works

Agile’s project management services are typically provided as a complement to our technology and application portfolio of services – especially where delivery is complex, risky and critical to your business.

Agile uses a phased project delivery approach with regular check points to monitor the project’s health. Underlying control processes, such as risk management, change control and reporting, ensure delivery is managed professionally. Our project office, managed by a Practice Manager, monitors the status and health of each project and compliance to project methodology.
