My Solution – CMDB. Agile is planning to expose our ITIL compliant CMDB (Configuration Management Database) via the portal. This is a key tool in assisting with asset management. Through the portal you’ll be able to see where your valuable IT assets physically reside, even in distributed systems with roaming users. Run various reports, or export the data for your own use. As the database is updated regularly, you’ll always have accurate information.
