Agile, along with Avaya, are pleased to announce that they are the major sponsor for the 2010 CRM Contact Centre Awards.

Running now for thirteen years, the CRM  Awards are both a celebration and recognition of the dedicated people working in  New Zealand's contact centres. 

These prestigous awards are spread across fourteen different industry groups. Originally catering to inbound call centres, in both under 50 seat and an over 50 seat categories, awards for outbound calls were added to the programme in 2006. These encompass both business to business and business to consumer calls. A new category this year is for outbound collections calls.

Recognising the multi media nature of the modern call centre is a seperate category for the best email response to a website enquiry.

The 'Oscars' of the contact centre industry will be presented at a gala dinner at Skycity Convention Centre on September 24th. 

The ceremony culmulates with the Supreme Awards, as decided by a jury of senior managers, industry specialists and consultants. A Diamond, Gold, and SIlver award are presented to the top three contact centres with less than 50 seats and the top three with more than 50 seats. The judges will also be naming their favourite Customer Service Representative and Telesales Representative.
